Lean Print Shop texts customers from our shop line, 312-893-5116, about their own quotes, orders and callbacks. These terms explain how that works.

What we text

Quote and cart links for the job you asked about, callback confirmations, a thank-you after a call with any link we promised, order and shipping updates, and replies when you text us first. We do not send marketing texts on this line.

How you opt in

You can agree to texts in any of these ways:

1. Text us first at 312-893-5116. We reply only about what you asked.
2. Check the box "Text me about my quote or order" on our contact form at leanprintshop.com/pages/contact-us. The box is never checked for you.
3. On a call with us, say yes when we ask: "Can Lean Print Shop text you the quote link and updates about this order at the number you are calling from? Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time."
4. Text START to 312-893-5116.

Consent to texts is not a condition of buying anything.

Message frequency varies, usually 1 to 5 messages per quote or order. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You will get one message confirming you are opted out and no more texts after that. Reply START to opt back in.
